Nothing to Prove began as a mess—scattered thoughts, unfinished questions, and muddy brushstrokes. Somewhere along the way, a little order emerged, though some of the mess is still visible, because maybe it’s meant to be.
A common thread running through therapy, personal development, and spiritual growth for me has been the reminder that our worth is inherent. It isn’t something we have to earn, prove, perfect, or achieve. We are worthy before the accomplishments, before the healing, before we have it all figured out.
This piece is an imperfect exploration of that truth - that beneath all our striving, becoming, and searching, there is nothing to prove.
